Phil has had enough and reached his limit. This dog has been nothing but trouble and poop all it’s unnaturally long life, forcing him to wear these dutch-like box shoes and covering his home in ink dots. In this moment of weakness, he sees his chance – his way out. He’ll do Marmaduke Moltisanti style.
Phil clears his throat and calls out…
“Someone turn on the can opener please!”
